What’s included

Flexible leasing: The agreement is month to month, with 30 days of move-out notice. With good communication, Salons And Studios will work with owners to navigate slow times using rent deferment.
When rent begins: Your rent begins two weeks after you begin seeing clients. Basically once you start using the room to make money is when you start paying rent.
Utilities and shared services: Electricity, heating, air conditioning, water, internet, on-site laundry, snow removal and property tax are included in rent.
Internet: High-speed fiber Wi-Fi for you and your clients.
Finishes: High-end commercial finishes with sound-absorbing materials.
Support for life events: Maternity support includes four weeks of rent waived, not a paid benefit. For example, the waiver may begin one week before birth and continue for three weeks after. Medical and hardship support terms need to be discussed with Mark.
24/7 access: Access to your studio around the clock so you can set your own schedule.
Personalize your studio: Each studio is a blank canvas for your brand. A non-repayable allowance may be used for furniture, fixtures and equipment, or alternatively toward rent. Confirm the equipment and improvements for your chosen room.
Room features: Ceiling light fixtures, dedicated outlets, and water and waste lines for your fixtures. Confirm the exact setup and any plumbing upgrades for your chosen studio.
Secure entry: Individually keyed studio locks and key-fob entry doors.
Business visibility: Ask about the electronic sign and current options for featuring your business.
