When does rent begin?
Your rent begins two weeks after you begin seeing clients. Basically once you start using the room to make money is when you start paying rent.
Does the allowance need to be repaid?
No. The allowance is for furniture, fixtures and equipment. It is not a loan and never has to be repaid.
What maternity support is offered?
Four weeks of rent waived not a paid benefit. For example, one week before birth and three weeks after. Ask about separate medical or hardship arrangements.
What is included?
Rent includes utilities, internet, laundry, snow removal, property tax, and more. No hidden fees.
How flexible is the agreement?
The agreement is month to month, period. We understand the volatility of being a small business owner and with good communication, will absolutely work with owners to navigate slow times by using rent deferment.
When can I access my studio?
24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
How is rent paid?
Rent is paid weekly through electronic payment.
What are steps to renting?
- Submit your application. Applying is free and does not create a legal or financial commitment.
- Review the month-to-month rental agreement and confirm the studio details.
- Secure your studio by submitting a commitment fee equal to two weeks of rent. The fee is not refundable if you cancel before moving in.
- Prepare your studio and start seeing clients. Rent begins two weeks after you begin seeing clients and is paid weekly by electronic transfer.
