Steps To Leasing
First, schedule a tour. It is important the studio fits your needs and you feel it is a place to grow your business and your brand.
Second, fill out an application. There is no application fee, no legal commitment and no deposit. Because all studios are first come, first serve, the application acts as a line in the sand, saving the studio you want. After the application is received, you will be give the rental agreement, and supporting information.
Third, review and sign the three page rental agreement. At this point, we collect a commitment deposit and you start shopping. But, rent does not begin until you are in and operational.
